By purchasing, downloading, or using the Slothello app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License and App Usage
Özcan Esen grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

2. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong exclusively to Özcan Esen.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Slothello is a paid application available via the Apple App Store.

Billing: All transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc.

Refunds: Because Özcan Esen does not process the payments, we cannot issue refunds directly. Any request for a refund must be submitted directly to Apple via the App Store’s customer support, and will be subject to Apple's standard refund policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
Slothello is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Özcan Esen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Özcan Esen be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Solothello app.

6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
